Based in Melbourne, we work closely with an Owner's Corporation (formally known as a Body Corporate) to ensure the building is run professionally and efficiently, offering residents and tenants a comfortable and safe environment.

With the utmost level of communication, we deal with contractors and suppliers on a day-to-day basis in carrying out your building’s maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
We provide the highest quality cleaning throughout the building, assist in monitoring security, and always uphold a high standard of daily operations to keep the building running smoothly.

I would just like to take the opportunity to give some recognition and praise to the Building Manager at 422 – 428 Collins Street, Melbourne, Mr Hugo Lubin. I recently carried out the Annual Essential Services Inspection at this address.
As I understand it, Hugo has taken over this building and has been working on getting the contractors to improve their Essential Service Maintenance Records.
In the 10 + years that I have been doing these inspections, never before have I seen all records for a building of this size in existence, up to date, neat and clearly maintained. This is no mean feat. Especially as there are multiple principle fire service contractors engaged at this building.
I understand that Hugo is directly responsible for this. He made it a pleasure to work on this job.
