At GXL Services Building Management, we take pride in the care and maintenance of both Residential and Commercial buildings.

Based in Melbourne, we work closely with Owners Corporations (formerly known as Body Corporates) to ensure each property is managed professionally and efficiently, providing residents, tenants, and businesses with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment.

With a strong focus on communication, we liaise with contractors and suppliers daily to oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

We deliver high-quality cleaning throughout the building, assist in monitoring security, and uphold a consistently high standard of daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

I would just like to take the opportunity to give some recognition and praise to the Building Manager at 422 – 428 Collins Street, Melbourne, Mr Hugo Lubin. I recently carried out the Annual Essential Services Inspection at this address.

 

As I understand it, Hugo has taken over this building and has been working on getting the contractors to improve their Essential Service Maintenance Records.

 

In the 10 + years that I have been doing these inspections, never before have I seen all records for a building of this size in existence, up to date, neat and clearly maintained. This is no mean feat. Especially as there are multiple principle fire service contractors engaged at this building.

 

I understand that Hugo is directly responsible for this. He made it a pleasure to work on this job.
